About me

PhD in Psychology from the Universitat de València (thesis defended December 16, 2025), awarded the highest distinction of Summa Cum Laude with International Mention for the dissertation "Chronic low back pain through the lens of positive body image: The role of functionality appreciation."

My predoctoral training was funded by an FPU grant (FPU20/05798, Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, 2021-2025) within the R&D project CLEVER ("Changing Low Back Pain Employing Virtual Enhanced Reality"), led by Dr. Rosa Mª Baños Rivera. Since February 2026 I have been a postdoctoral researcher in digital health at Adhera Health (Valencia), on the DALIA project, focused on data-driven personalization of a digital health solution for family caregivers of children with chronic conditions.

I am the author of 10 articles in JCR-indexed journals (mostly Q1), first author on 2 of them, and I have contributed to more than 20 national and international conferences — including presentations in the United States, Canada, France, the Netherlands and Spain.

I combine this research profile with an uncommon technical background for psychology: I hold a Higher Technician qualification in Multiplatform Application Development (average grade: 9, CEEDCV) and specific training in data analysis (R, Python, SQL, Excel, machine learning). I built AulaMetrics, a full Odoo/Python/PostgreSQL platform for psychosocial assessment in schools, validated with real school counsellors. I completed international research stays at the Université du Québec en Outaouais (Canada) and Universidade Lusófona (Lisbon, Portugal), and taught 90 hours at the Universitat de València in Psychology and Criminology, with student evaluations of 4.77-4.80/5.
