Research contracts and predoctoral training
Postdoctoral researcher in digital health at Adhera Health, within the DALIA project (data-driven personalization of a digital health solution to support family caregivers of children with chronic conditions). I combine AI-assisted data engineering, usability and clinical-outcome evaluation, and applied research design.
Key responsibilities
- Designed a complete data extraction pipeline from Reddit and YouTube: collection, cleaning, AI-assisted screening of useful content, and final formatting, with a reproducible and documented methodology
- Built a structured, anonymized database ready for machine learning model training
- Automated the data-cleaning process with reusable scripts, notably reducing manual processing time
- Developed interactive dashboards for the team to visualize and analyze key metrics in real time
- Analyze usability, acceptability and clinical outcomes of a digital health solution, translating findings into product improvement proposals
- AI-assisted qualitative data analysis, and writing and design of research & development project proposals
- Organized participatory workshops using co-creation dynamics
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary product and research teams in Spain and the US
Skills
Predoctoral researcher under an FPU grant (FPU20/05798), member of the research team of the R&D project CLEVER — "Changing Low Back Pain Employing Virtual Enhanced Reality: Analyzing the Appreciation of Body Functionality and Plasticity of Body Schema" —, led by Rosa Mª Baños Rivera. This period produced the 10 JCR publications, over 20 conference contributions and the doctoral thesis on positive body image and chronic low back pain.

- Psychometric validation of assessment instruments (e.g. Functionality Appreciation Scale)
