- 3 Mental traps Gambler’s fallacy, illusion of control and near misses. Each trap paired with the simulator that dismantles it. 10 min
- 4 Tools Self-exclusion, bank blocks, limits and urge management. Barriers that work without relying on willpower. 12 min
- 5 My plan A plan that branches on your severity, your triggers and how you gamble. To keep and print. 15 min

Technical How it is built
Screening. Step 2 uses the PGSI (Problem Gambling Severity Index, Ferris & Wynne, 2001): nine items on a 0–3 scale with the published cut-offs (0 · 1–2 · 3–7 · 8+). They are not reinterpreted: changing them would break comparability with the literature.
Plan. Step 5 is not a template. A pure rules engine (src/lib/plan.ts, with tests) combines severity, channel and triggers: severity can override the stated goal, barriers are chosen by channel and filtered for proportionality, and the urge protocol becomes more concrete as risk rises.
Privacy. Answers are stored only in the browser’s localStorage. There is no server, account or analytics: this is health and money data.
